4.  You will complete your online (or telephone) credit counseling course.  (your attorney signs you up for this)

5.  Your attorney will complete your petition

6.  Your documents will be sent to you (email, regular mail or fax – depends on you and the speed in which you need the bankruptcy filed)

7. You sign your documents and return them to us

8.  We file your bankruptcy online (You’re automatically protected from creditors the second your case is filed) and pay the filing fee ($299 for Chapter 7 and $274 for Chapter 13).  Takes about 1 minute.
